Arance severamente biologiche (qualità tarocco)<br />
Zucchero 80 gr. per ogni 100 grammi di bucce sgocciolate.<br />
<br />
<b>Procedimento</b><br />
Sbucciare le arance tagliando la calotta facendo delle incisioni in senso verticale per togliere le bucce senza romperle. Ne ricavate circa otto pezzi per arancia.<br />
Mettere le bucce a bagno in acqua fredda per due giorni circa, cambiando l'acqua piu volte al giorno, affinche perdano l'amaro.<br />
Tagliarle a listarelle, pesarle e per ogni cento grammi di bucce aggiungere 80 gr. di zucchero semolato.<br />
Usare un tegame col fondo doppio e non metterne troppe assieme. Cuocere a fuoco moderato, mescolare facendo sciogliere lo zucchero, se necessario aggiungere qualche goccia di acqua all'inizio.<br />
Cuocere per circa 50 minuti circa mescolando spesso fino a quando lo zucchero si asciughi.<br />
Conservarli nel congelatore se per un tempo indelungato. Si possono usare nelle ciambelle, panettoni o altri dolci. Buonissime anche ricoperte di cioccolato!!!<br />
